This nondisclosure agreement is entered between the owner (Amber Buti of Butiify) and you (The Client) below.

The Owner acknowledges the Client may receive information regarding the owners business practices or other properties that may be considered confidential. Therefore, the parties are in agreement to the following terms and conditions of this agreement:

Confidentiality

• For the duration of this NDA, any information the client may come into contact with that is not public knowledge and is made only available through contact with the owner shall be deemed confidential information. 
  Example but not limited to: home and business address

• For the duration of this NDA, any information the owner may come into contact with that is not public knowledge and is made only available through contact with the client shall be deemed confidential information. 
  Example but not limited to: personal affairs, feelings, or events unless showing signs of harm to yourself or others

• The client, should use common judgment when deciding if information is confidential and above all shall request approval from the owner prior to the release of any questionable information

Term of Agreement

The obligations of this nondisclosure agreement shall survive indefinitely including through termination or conclusion of this relationship.
